This series is anchored by a singular geometric focus: the stadium shape and the circle. Having used the stadium form in many previous drawings, I returned to it with renewed attention, curious about its internal logic and underlying structure. This led me to the Stadium Billiard Problem, a concept from mathematical physics that explores the unpredictable trajectories of particles bouncing within a stadium-shaped boundary.
The discovery of this problem became a driving force in the development of the series, offering a conceptual framework through which to explore chaos, order, and motion within confined space.
